Bachelor Psychology (Honours)


Courtney is an empathetic, committed and collaborative psychologist with a passion for providing client-centred therapy for children, teenagers and parents. 

Within a warm and non-judgemental space, Courtney embraces various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology. 

She hopes to support her clients to reach their best potential, whilst focusing on each client’s individual strengths, intuition and life experience to bring about effective change.   

Since completing her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) at the University of New South Wales, Courtney has worked in hospital, private and school contexts. 

Courtney works in our Sydney clinic and over telehealth.
