About

A 6 week mindfulness-based CBT group, to assist young people develop skills to manage stress, anxiety and strong emotions.

Who For

Teenagers between 14 – 16 years old, experiencing mild-moderate symptoms of anxiety and low mood.

Learning & Objectives

  • Improve health and wellbeing

  • Enhance emotion regulation

  • Strengthen attention and performance

  • Build stress management skills

  • Support prosocial behaviour

Dates & Times

When: 6-week course, every Monday, Starting 23rd May 2022

Where: 16 Vernon Street, Woollahra 2028

Time: 6-7:15pm

RSVP by: Friday 20th May 2022

Cost: $540 for 6 weeks. You may also be eligible for a medicare rebate of $32.90 for each group session, totalling $197.40 for the course.
